Cancellation Policy
- A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- You are allowed one reschedule of your original appointment date. Any additional rescheduling will be a loss of your deposit. You will need to pay additional deposit to book.
- Rescheduled appointments must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, or your deposit will be lost.
- Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notification will result in being blocked from booking future appointments.
- There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
